Some people say that even bad pizza is good pizza. The idea that you can't really go wrong with pizza even when it may be mediocre has never been one that I really bought into. I understand where they're going with that concept, but I'm sorry...bad pizza is bad pizza. You may be able to wash it down with a good beer or wine, but you know it's not great especially when you can remember having great.

Bad risotto I can't wash down with anything. I love risotto but for some reason I don't think of it often enough when I'm cooking or ordering out. When I have ordered it I've been disappointed more times than not and I've only made it on a handful of occasions.

This one, RISOTTO ROSSO, sounds just about right and the creator of it, ABRA BENNET, has some other wonderful recipes as well. Maybe it's because I'm on the road right now and missing being in a kitchen or maybe it's that I just looked at the hotel room service menu and was hoping to see risotto on there---either way, this looks and sounds delicious.
